Did you capture the stoke? If so, let’s share the goods. Last Saturday and Sunday, hundreds of surfers, family, and friends answered the “Call to the Wall” and showed down in numbers at Malibu’s historic point break.

“Call to the Wall” – a highly popular surf contest organized by the Malibu Boardriders Surf Club – started in 1993 and since then has been drawing large crowds of both surfers and spectators. Growing out of the philanthropic underpinnings of a few locals, the contest was initially crafted as a fundraiser for charitable groups. Today, several years later, the charity continues and the event’s notoriety remains on the rise.

To help to spread the stoke of this highly anticipated event, mylocallineup.com has created a photo album dedicated to the Call to the Wall 2008, where people can both upload their photos and check out the photographic takes of other participants who were also at the scene.
