After the long hiatus, with poor weather and polluted waters putting a lot of contests on hold, competitors have finally resumed activities. And leading the come back, together with a few other contests, the NSSA Explorer at Seaside Reef set a high standard to the following surf events. The surf was prime, the talents superb, and the weather enviable, to say the least. And in the fast paced rhythm of the typical NSSA contest, various Southern Californian surfers joined the adrenaline pumping, and yes thrilling, walk in and out of the water, as they headed to and from their heats.
