On Saturday, March 15, from 6:30pm – 9pm, the Waveriders Gallery will be exhibiting the photography of David Pu’u and the art of Wade Koniakowsky.

Pu'u is a skilled, experienced, established, and award-winning surf photographer. His work has graced the pages of leading surf magazines (e.g. Surfer and Surfers Journal) as well as many mainstream publications such as National Geographic, the New York Post, and Time (source: davidpuu.com).

Koniakowsky is a San Diego based artist. He too is exceptionally talented, creating breathtaking images not with camera and film but with brush and canvas. Koniakowsky will be on hand at the event to provide all who attend the unique pleasure of witnessing him paint original pieces. Aspiring surf artists should be there for this one.
