Surfindian, Local Artists, Holiday Festival

surfindian.poster.holiday.120108.asticle.jpgSan Diego, CA (Dec. 01, 2008) - On Saturday evening, December 6, Surfindian, the alternative surf store experience focusing on the merger of surfing, art and apparel, will hold an opening reception for its first annual Holiday Surf Festival.  The Surfindian Holiday Surf Festival will feature the works of Harry Daily (painter); Meegan Fiore (painter); Mele Saili (painter); Jay Peters (photographer); Jeff McCallum (shaper); and Micah Wood (painter/shaper).  The Festival opening reception will start at 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening, with the participating artists in attendance.  The show will run through the holiday season.  Please come join us for fine art, great surfboards, unique surf apparel, and a healthy dose of holiday cheer.


surfindian.poster.holiday.120108.asticle02.jpgSurfindian’s Holiday Surf Festival will feature a wide variety of objects that are sure to meet your holiday gift needs.  Items range from hand-painted greeting cards, to photographs of local surf life, to local t-shirts and sweatshirts, to hand-shaped surfboards, to original watercolor, acrylic and oil paintings. The artists and shapers participating in the Festival are all from the San Diego area.  Shop in Pacific Beach and help support your local surf and art community.
