Tons of familiar faces at the Battle of the Paddle HI pre-event day. Down the beach the setup was in montion and at the party one could find all the usual suspects, who (by the way!) were delighting on some great food provided by Rainbow Sandals!

This was hands down the best standup paddle or sporting event of any kind I have attended. It was a first class opperation and no expense was spared. Sparky and Gerry are living legends and ambassadors of Aloha and SUP. Thanks for such a wonderful event.

The board I was going to use in the race got dinged a day before it should have been shipped Oahu of the event. The guys at Surftech SUP hooked me up with a Surftech Bark 12’6" Competitor for the race. Thanks you guys so much for the Aloha

This event inspired me to train for the next Battle of the Paddle. The Surftech Bark 12’6" Competitor went great I really like the board and I am thinking of buying one now for training for the next battle of the paddle. If you get the chance to paddle a Surftech Bark 12’6" Competitor try it its a great board. if you get the chance to go to the Battle of the Paddle take it. its a great time and good clean fun.
