Paddle Board Race & SUP Long Course: Start South WindanSea Beach (Big Rock) to North jetty of Mission Bay Channel Area return trip to South WindanSea Beach (Big Rock). Total Race Course 9 miles.  

Paddle Board Race & SUP Short Course: Start South WindanSea Beach (Big Rock) to Pacific Beach Pier return to South WindanSea Beach. Total Race Course 5.5 miles
 
SUP Fun Course: Start South WindanSea Beach (Big Rock) to Bird Rock return to South WindanSea Beach. Total Race Course 2 miles

Beach Check in times – 6:15 – 7:15AM (Palomar Ave. & Neptune Pl., La Jolla)
Paddleboard Race Start: 7:30AM Sharp – South Windansea Beach (Big Rock). Competitors will enter water prior to 7:30AM for “Water start.”  
SUP Fun Course Start: “Beach Start” 9:00AM Sharp
Race Entry Fees (Paddle & SUP’s –All Events): $40
SUP Fun Course (under 18 years old only): $20

Divisions:     Trophies for 1st - 3rd place finishers.
Stock, 14ft, Unlimited, Women & SUP.  

Contestants will receive event T-Shirt, and after event Food / Beverages.
Post Race Food & Awards: Post race food and awards ceremony will be held immediately following the race (Estimated at 11:00 AM). Awards will be given out as soon as the last paddler has dried off.
Parking: Parking is limited to adjacent residential streets. Competitors are requested to respect local residents, avoiding loud early morning discussions, music, and please pick up of any trash etc.
