> Remember Saturday's events are based on the point system for the cash prizes (see below rules).
> Make sure you are tuned into this year's revised event schedule and get there early for parking....
> Event Registration opens at 7:00a.m. @ same price.
> Great SUP racing action throughout the weekend with 10K Distance Race, SUP Sprint Race & SUP Surf Relay on Saturday. Sunday -3.5 Mile SUP Race and the San Clemente Waterman (swim, run, SUP).
> Awesome surf lifesaving action with paddleboard, surf ski and National Doryman's Association races.
> Enter any of the surf contests - SUP Surf, Grom Surf (kid's) & BodySurf championships.

FORECAST:

Weekend wave forecast (Wetsand.com)
Saturday the 17th the SW should peak at waist to chest for south facing breaks. West facing breaks, still knee to waist.
Sunday the 18th the SW should back down to waist high max. West facing breaks are looking smaller.

AWARD, ENTRY FEE, CATEGORIES, RULES:

Awards/prizes: Sat. July 17 $5,000 total cash purse for men & women. Prize money awarded to overall top point scorers.
Sun. July 18 Custom medal to top 3 finishers in each age-group. Cool sponsor prizes awarded both days.
Entry fees: $40 for (1) day & $70 for both days, 5K Beach Run/Walk is $25
Category/Age-groups: Sat. July 17: Jr. (18 & Under), OPEN, & Sr (40 & over), Sunday July 18: 14 & under, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over
Rules: Specific event rules will be posted. No wetsuits allowed in swim events.
