A pivotal, and rarely seen, angle of the surf life comes alive in this film. What would we be without shapers? Well, nothing. Now despite of this undeniable truth, surf movies (at least usually) almost never give us an insight into the mind and hands behind our surfboards. This film aims at providing some of the antidote to this, by documenting notable shapers who have significantly influenced the contours of our dearly loved surfboards. Now although the intent is praiseworthy and the characters in the film certainly notorious, the movie scores low on picture quality and script.
