Unlike past films by Taylor Steele, surfing's premiere film producer, Sipping Jetstreams is anything but the norm. With a sense of natural whit and an eye for beauty, this romantic surf novel unfolds throughout the worlds most untouched destinations with today's best surfers, period. Teamed with famed TW Surf Photographer Dustin Humphrey, Sipping journeys uncharted routes from Egypt to Greece, Italy to the Caribbean, Cuba to Japan all the while capturing the happenings and personalities of today's most sought after athletes in a never before seen platform. Sipping Jetstreams will be one of the best films of the decade, if not ever. Athletes Include: Kelly Slater, Andy Irons, Dane Reynolds, Bruce Irons, Rizal Tangjung, Benji Weatherly, Shane Dorian and many, many more.

sipping jetstreams is anything but the standard surf movie -- the soundtrack is generally mellow, a far cry from surf punk found in the majority of surf movies. furtermore, the movie is not intended to amp you up for your next session. while there is some great surfing footage (kelly's part in barbados is one of the most intense sections i've ever seen), sipping jetstreams is incredibly inspirational, epitomizing the variety of cultures and waves that surf travel presents.

Like other Taylor Steele films, you got great picture and surfing. Under the dictum "life is a book and those who don't travel read only one page," Steele goes to some exotic places (like Egypt and Cuba) with several of the world's best surfers and puts together a film with great surfing and picture. The downside, however, as it's often the case with Steele's films, there is not even a scintilla or iota of a verbal storyline. Nevertheless, it's always impressive and pleasant to watch the world's best surfers enveloped by a beautiful scenery.
