Is pro surfing a complete lie? Is modern wave-riding being faked for glory and profit? Is Dane Reynolds actually a robot? With trademark humor and a trend-setting soundtrack, Taylor Steele's latest genre-defining surfing video pulls back the curtain on pro surfing's deepest, darkest secrets. 'Stranger Than Fiction' is more than just the newest high-performance line-in-the sand, it's an entirely new era of surfing videos. Brace yourself for the truth.

Action-packed is not a feature of this film, but its very, Very, VERY MEANING! This is Taylor Steele's best shortboard movie. It's simply the compilation of the most insane, incredible, ground-breaking maneuvers of today's surf world. The picture is not artsy, the soundtrack fairly ordinary, but that's not the point. The point is mind-blowing arials, shredding tail-slides, and yet-to-be-named turns and flips. And to make it fun and interesting, there is a tripping suggestion that it's all rigged. That line is weaved all throughout the segments, helping to hold all the different pieces together. Congrats! This film is undoubtedly at the top of my list!
