Bill Andrews, the always jovial La Jolla legend, had a catastrophic encounter with a stand up paddler this morning. The surfer, who was once on the cover of Surfer Mag for his pioneering "discovery" of Black's, found himself pioneering something quite different, a hectic SUP collision. 

But to be fair, as it's usually always the case, the collision was most likely the SUP's fault. Notice that once Bill Andrews was in sight, the stand up paddler (trembling the prowess of his adversary) went into martial, military, offensive mode and placed his paddle up in the air to fend himself off against Andrews' claws -- the gladiators return!
