There will be a viewing party at Legends Surf Shop in Carlsbad for the 1st episode of Stand Up Paddle TV, the first of its kind in the world. (Friday, Nov 20th at 6pm - See details below.)

It'll be an informal gathering and the event will include a raffle, followed by the viewing of SUP TV's first installment. There is no need to buy raffle tickets, so join us and see what Jeff Warner, the shop owner, has been able to amass for prizes.(Below: flat water/fishing)

The first episode will frame the sport and go into a bit of history, the different SUP modalities (surfing, flat water, and white water), women & SUP, and the impact of stand up paddling on the surfing industry. (Below: white water)

Thanks to the new format of My Local Lineup TV -- which airs on Cable TV, iTV ch. 16 -- Stand Up Paddle TV will air every 3rd week of the month, with an all SUP episode. Shortboard TV and Longboard TV air during 1st and 2nd week of the month, respectively. (Below: surfing)
