SUP enthusiasts get ready! Starting November 2009, My Local Lineup is launching The World's First Stand Up Paddle TV. It will air on the 3rd week of every month, featuring all SUP modalities, including surfing, flat water, white water and whatever else there may be SUP.

Episodes will air on iTV San Diego, ch. 16 in the following times: Mondays at 7pm, Fridays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 8am, and Sundays at 5pm in all of San Diego County. Then for those south of I-56, you can also enjoy the late night showing from Mondays through Fridays at 12am. We'll expose the beautiful and the ugly of the sport and probe into this highly controversial (and yet increasingly popular) modality.
