If you are encountering the following problem(s) with your photographer's gallery, take the following steps.
Problems
Uploading more than one photo individually: SOLUTION 1 [top]
If you are having problems uploading more than one photo individually, the easiest way to get around this problme is by zipping the photos into one folder and uploading the folder.
NOTE: (i) For quicker upload, we suggest you resize the images to 1024 pixels wide. (ii) You can upload multiple photos at once through a zip file. To do that, place the photos into a folder, compress/zip the folder, and then choose the compressed/zipped file as the file that you wish to upload to your gallery. (iii) By Adding caption, users can more easily find the photos that they are looking for when doing a search. We suggest you add at least the date, place, and (if applicable) name of the you photographed. (iv) There is a 100MB limit per upload. So if the file or total of files you are trying to upload exceeds this limit, make sure to breakdown the upload into smaller file sizes.
Uploading more than one photo individually: SOLUTION 2 [top]
If you are having problems uploading more than one photo individually, operate your photographer's gallery from the Photos Gallery Dashboard. To get there, do the following: login --> 'my station' --> 'My Photos :: Gallery'. Here is what it looks like.
First, login to the site with your username and password.
This will take to the Photos Gallery Dashboard. On the dashboard, the problem of uploading more than one image individually should not be an issue. If you're still having the problem, make sure to contact us.
NOTE: The 'Other Menu' only appears to users that have a special status. If you're either one of the bloggers or a listed photographer, you should be able to see the 'Other Menu' from you 'my station' page. If you can't see it, make sure to contact us.
Watermark 'across' blocks the 'Add Items' button: SOLUTION 1 [top]
The easiest way to solve this problem is to upload the photos and add the watermark separately. So first, upload the photos, but do not select the watermark.
Second, once the upload process is done, then go to the album where the new images are and click 'Edit Album' from the pull-down menu on the left side.
Third, when on the 'Edit Album' page, click on 'watermark.'
Fourth, select your watermark from the pull-down menu in step 1.
Fifth, check the boxes 'Full Size' and 'Resizes' but not the box 'Thumbnail' in step 3.
Sixth, click 'Add Watermark' in step 4.
By going through this process of adding the watermark after the upload, you shouldn't have any problems with the watermark of your choice blocking the 'Add Items' button during upload.

This problem will likely not be an issue if you manage your Photographer Gallery from the dashboard. To access the Photos Gallery Dashboard, follow the steps above. If you're still having the problem, make sure to contact us.
